How do I open a dispute?
1. If there is any transaction dispute or receipt problem, you can contact the seller to solve the problem. Most of the issues are raised due to miscommunication and can actually be solved quickly between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend that buyers and sellers communicate through the U7BUY chat system to solve problems.
2. If the problem can't be solved after 24 hours, you can click the Dispute button to seek mediation from the U7BUY team. It may take 7 days for the U7BUY team to investigate and make a final decision on the matter.
