The seller can cancel the order at any stage of the order.


If the seller wants to cancel the whole order, the order will be cancelled without the buyer's consent. The buyers will receive a full refund, and the order status will be change to Order Cancelled.


If the seller wants to cancel the partial order, the buyer needs to agree before the seller can operate a partial refund.
